For our capsule type, we use vegetable-based, safe materials.
The capsule shell is made from HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), a non-caloric material derived from plant fiber.

Following the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant raised widespread concerns regarding the potential impact of radioactive substances on food products.

In daily life, we are constantly exposed to small amounts of natural radiation, which is generally not a cause for concern. However, this nuclear accident increased public awareness and sensitivity toward radioactive substances that may be present in food.

The raw materials used in Fucoidan AF Premium are not harvested in areas near the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.

In addition, to ensure that our customers can consume our product with confidence, we conduct inspections to confirm that no radioactive substances are present.

We have previously received inquiries from customers expressing concern that, because the ocean is connected, even mozuku seaweed harvested in Okinawa might be affected by radioactive substances. By conducting these inspections, we aim to provide reassurance to all customers, including those who may have such concerns.
