1 Scope of Application

These Terms of Use apply to all customers using the Service (“Users”). However, if there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the policies or terms posted on each official social media account operated by the Company, the terms posted on the respective official account shall take precedence.

2 User Registration

User registration shall be completed when an applicant applies according to the method specified by the Company and the Company approves the application.
The Company may refuse registration applications if it determines that any of the following applies, and shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons:

• False information was provided during registration
• The applicant has previously violated these Terms
• The applicant is a minor, adult ward, person under curatorship, or person under assistance without obtaining consent from a legal representative or guardian
• The applicant is affiliated with anti-social forces or engages in activities related to such groups
• The Company otherwise determines the registration to be inappropriate

3 Management of User ID and Password

Users shall manage their user ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.
Users may not transfer or lend their user ID or password to any third party under any circumstances. If login credentials match the registered information, the Company will regard the use as being by the registered user.

4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on official accounts. Posts or comments that violate these rules may be deleted without notice, and the user’s account may be blocked without prior notification.

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Criminal acts or activities related to crime
• Interfering with or disrupting the Company’s servers or networks
• Actions that may interfere with operation of the Service
• Collecting or storing personal information of other users
• Impersonating other users
• Providing benefits to anti-social forces
• Infringing intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, or other rights of the Company or third parties
• Posting excessively violent, sexual, discriminatory, harmful, or offensive content
• Commercial advertising or solicitation activities without approval
• Religious activities or solicitations
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company

5 Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service or results obtained from the Service.

6 Copyright

All copyrights, portrait rights, and other rights related to information published on this site belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content beyond the scope permitted by law without permission from the Company or the rightful owner.

7 Changes to Service Content

The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice to users.

8 Miscellaneous

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute related to these Terms, the Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
