There are four ordering methods.

・Order from the Internet

You can place an order from the "Order" page on our website.
The order page is written in Japanese.
Membership registration is required to place an order.
When you place an order, you can register as a member at the same time.

・Order by phone

You can order from a phone number with no call charges.(Only in Japan）

It will be accepted in Japanese..

・Order by email

Please send an email to info@0120251334.com or fill out the inquiry form.

In that case, please enter the desired product, name, address, phone number, email address, and payment method.
After we receive your email, we will call or email you to confirm and contact you regarding the delivery date and time.

・FAX order

Please print out the fax order form from our website, fill out the form and send it to our fax toll-free number.

After we receive your fax order form, we will call or email you for confirmation and delivery date and time.

・Click on "「商品一覧・ご注文」" in the top menu of each page to display the order page.
・If you click the "Order" button for the desired product on the order page, the desired product will be placed in the order basket. Please enter the orderer's information on the same page.
（Customers who previously registered as members can log in from this screen.）

・Please fill in all the necessary information such as the orderer's name, address and payment method in the form, then click the "Confirm order details" button at the bottom of the page.
・If you are satisfied with your order on the next page, click the "Confirm order" button.「注文を確定する」.

This completes your order.

・We will automatically deliver a product confirmation email to the email address you entered in your customer information.
After that, detailed delivery date information will be sent separately by email.
If you specify a bank or post office as the order details, the total amount, and the payment method, the email will contain the details such as the payee's bank account.

★If you do not receive the e-mail from our shop, you may have made a mistake in entering the e-mail address when you placed your order.
It may also be in the junk mail folder in your computer settings.
If you do not receive an email from us after 24 hours, please contact us by email or the inquiry form.

After confirming your order, we will perform the same day or next day shipping procedure.
※Orders made by 15:00 will be shipped on the same day..
